Allpress hosted an event for the new Marzocco espressso machine dubbed the “Strada” inspired by the street team helping to create this monster due late 2010. Its great to see Marzocco putting a machine out there with variable pressure, pressure profiling via USB, variable steam pressure & exposed group heads. Giddy up! We will be puling some shots on it during the week with some of our own coffee (cant wait !)We had some visitors from Sevenseeds in Melbourne & Tim from Inteli Venice if you havent been there yet ..what are you waiting for ! Pulling some great coffee`s through the Clover this week the Bolivia San Juan & a Colombia Agua Azul getting some great results with newly tweaked Renegade roaster & a slightly lighter profile ..! see you down there
