Crazy times in Atlanta home of the hot dog & con centre . Kicked this conference off with a bit of Symposium action things got pretty heated in there at times but some innovative ideas were exchanged. The show floor was sifting through the monin syrups & chai to find the good stuff. Highlight coffee was at alterra stand a natural honduran floral & oh so winey !! Also Tim W ripped out a great Aricha #28 on the new patent pending marzocco very cool. Congrats to Gwilym from London of course for taking out this year`s WBC congrats of course to Alejandro and giancarlo for taking out coffee of the year much deserved!
