Toshi was up in Sydney for St Ali  & we were all cupping at the shop working out a blend for Matt Perger who will be competing Jan 10 for NSW. After much coffee & nearly breaking the Pizza Mario pizza record (according to them) I think we have worked out something pretty interesting ! Ill keep you posted & Good Luck Matt R
